Description | The Office of Justice released that 60-year-old Ivan Dwight Brannan of Jupiter, California, pleaded guilty to spending bribes in the Marine Corps Logistics Platform in Albany, Georgia. Brannan is a former representative to get a nationwide trucking business that is large. Information on Brannan's sentence were not presented. Brannan accepted he provided money along with other components of value to Mitchell, a former traffic workplace director for that Defense Logistics Agency at MCLB-Albany. He explained he directed truckdriver David Nelson to supply other and also money items of-value amounting 000 to Potts, $120 another standard while in the DLA Traffic workplace, and Jeffrey Philpot. Potts was sentenced to ten years and Philpot was given seven years in jail. Nelson awaits sentencing and pleaded guilty. |
